For our branch in Sint Maarten we are looking for a

Commercial Officer

As a Commercial Officer your role will be to report to the Marketing department in Curacao by giving in-depth insight of the market in St. Maarten and ensure that commercial targets are reached. This includes implementing marketing as well as promotion in-store-campaigns and product management. Your tasks will include the essential strengthening of communications and up-keeping of good relations with local businesses and to recognize new business opportunities on the island which you will concretize in action plans.

Job requirements   
• Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a retail organization.
• Strong commercial skills.
• Pro active work attics.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch as well as English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• The ability to work independently as well in teamwork.
• Strong planning skills and  eye for details.
• Willing to travel regularly to the head office in Curaçao.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

INVENTORY CONTROLLER
 
Job description:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for the complete planning, organization, registration, reporting and control of all incoming goods and handling of the corresponding transfers of the branch. He/she should also execute, process and report an accurate operational cycle count and other inventory registrations with a clear picture of the real inventory as a result.
In short, the Inventory Controller is the person who will make sure that everything in the area of inventory control is up to date.
 
Job requirements:
-       Bachelor degree in logistics and/or commercial economy
-       Minimum of 5 years experience in a logistics position and/or inventory control
-       Strong analytical skills and continuously work on optimizing processes
-       Proficient with figures  
-       Leadership skills
-       Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-       Affinity with building material and/or hardware retail branch
-          Good communication skills in English as well as Dutch
