Thursday night, September 15, the press was given an exclusive Sneak Preview of the new Kooyman MegaStore in Zeelandia. The press received a warm welcome by all Kooyman employees. After a presentation about the future plans, soon the be unfold, by Herbert van der Woude, CEO of Kooyman, the press went on a exciting tour around the new MegaStore. While walking through the – specially for the occassion completely darkened store - colorfull lights emphasized the new departments; Paint & Sundries, Home Decoration, Lighting, Bath & Kitchen, Tiles & Flooring and Outdoor Living. After the tour everybody stayed to enjoy happy hour.
The current 1800m2 shopping area will be replaced by a 4400m2 consumer experience, with more products, a larger assortment and more services. The new store will be open by the end of 2011.
Kooyman Aruba
Besides the new Kooyman store on Curacao a brand new Kooyman MegaStore will also open her doors in Aruba by the end of this October.
