Kooyman refunds the price difference
Did you purchased a product at Kooyman as advertized in this ad and found an identical article for a cheaper price elsewhere on Sint Maarten? Kooyman pays you back the price difference!
If you want to make claim on this price guarantee, the following applies:
The elsewhere found article needs to be exactly the same brand, material, dimensions, color, and form as the one bought at Kooyman. The product must also be in stock, new, and in the original packing. Demos, show models, offers by wholesaler sales, and internet sale are excluded.
The elsewhere identical product needs to contain the same secondary conditions, such as delivery, installation, guarantee, etc.
The identical product has to be obtainable in a store located on Sint Maarten/Saint Martin.
The sale price of the identical product is only applicable during the time course of the Kooyman circular or ad.
The retail price of identical product found elsewhere may be either the normal sale price or special offer price. The Kooyman price guarantee is not valid or applicable if the lower price was obtained by a similar low price guarantee from another retailer or through a special discount not applicable to the general public.
The client needs to present a receipt of the purchased item in conjunction with proof of when, where, and the lower priced item prior to expiration date of the promotion. The price difference should be able to be checked in a normal fashion. In the event the Kooyman publication, ad, or circular does not contain an end date, a maximum of twee weeks after start date is valid.
Kooyman maintains the right prior to paying the price difference, to check the proof of purchase at the other supplier of the identical product.
In case that a product where the price difference has been paid is returned, then the already paid sum will be deducted from the original price.
The Kooyman price guarantee is only valid on Sint Maarten and counts only for consumers for normal usage and not for wholesalers and/or re-sellers.
Upon suspecting misuse or a fraudulent act, Kooyman is entitled to refuse a price guarantee claim.
In the event of misuse or a fraudulent act, Kooyman is entitled to deduct if not reimburse the difference of the Kooyman price guarantee claimed price.
Kooyman retains the right to make changes in these conditions without notification. The valid conditions are available in the Kooyman store and respective internet site.
