Reda Social stands for fund for Social Development and Economic Activities. The foundation is dedicated to reduce poverty on all the islands of the Netherlands Antilles through financing projects, that in one way or the other alleviate the critical socio-economic situation of marginalized people, promote the self-reliability and are aimed at both social and economic development.
Reda Sosial has been running twelve small-scale anti-poverty programs in six deprived neighborhoods on Curacao. These programs are aimed at improvement of the physical infrastructure (housing, roads etc) and specific supportive activities like literacy and budgeting courses and teaching parental skills.

School project Instituto Buena Bista (IBB)
The IBB offers an orientation course for young talents. IBB select through scouting and then guide and support towards a future in the creative field. To give a broad as possible view on the contemporary art field to our students, visitors and participants of our workshops (ArteSwa projects) within the community, we invite visual artists from all over the globe to Curaçao to give us new views – ‘buena bista’s’ - on the possibilities of art.
The ArteSwa projects made clear how many talents there were on Curaçao and how hard it was for them to find their way to a professional career in the arts or applied arts field.

Fontijn Villa Park is a prestigious project located at Banda Bou, the western part of Curacao. The coming years approximately 1,000 homes will be built located in beautiful surroundings and a unique location.
The project will be implemented in several phases. Last year Villa Park Fontijn started with the sale of phase I, approximately 400 homes. The project will be built in stages. Depending on the sales of the first phase, there will be new sub phases available.
There are both offered free lots and lots to which people can built their own house. The project consists of 6 different models of homes. All models are designed by architects

The foundation Fundashon Kas Popular (FKP) is a social housing corporation active on Curaçao. This foundation is responsible for building, renting and selling homes in different social economic classes for the Curaçao population.
FKP is also active in renovation, restoration and major repairs of school buildings and residential homes. Mortgages are commissioned through FKP’s subsidiary Fundashon Fiansa Popular (FFP) to enable even lower income groups the opportunity to purchase or (self-) construction of housing.
Kooyman BV and FKP have a long standing relationship when it comes to building these houses together. Kooyman provides roofing sheets, tiles and lumber for various projects FKP make possible for the Curaçao community.
