In all Kooyman stores you will find the Information Desk. Here you can ask questions concerning our assortment and the store and get expert advice on a job or on a cost estimate.
Account Management
Most of the Kooyman stores have their own Account Manager whose main task it is to assist our business clients with their projects.
Store Management
The Store management at Kooyman consists of a team of experts who gained experience either in-house or from a similar D.I.Y. (‘Do It Yourself’) organization. Daily management at Kooyman is a vast task and is carried out by the Store Manager and one or more Assistant Store Managers.
Section Administrator
Each store is divided into sections. A section consists of a number of product groups and usually divided over different aisles. Each section is managed by a Section Administrator who knows everything about the product groups in his respective section. Product and applications enquiries can be directed to the Section Administrator.
