Now almost 45 years after founding in Aruba, The Kooyman Group has centralized several activities at the Kooyman offices in Curaçao. Such activities include purchasing, marketing, human resources, etc. This for growth and better use of economies of scale as their main focus.
In 2004 re-modellation and renovation were key for bringing the Aruban community a bigger and better Antil, since then known as Kooyman Aruba. By drastically lowering prices and maintaining these prices at net level, introducing a new loyalty program on Aruba, offering a wider assortment of products, Kooyman Aruba not only offers hardware and building materials but also a broad range of other home improvement products. As of October 17th 2011 the Kooyman Dakota store moved to the brand new Kooyman MegaStore in Primavera serving our customers even better with larger assortments, more services and a spacious Drive Thru.
