Rules & Regulations

• Participants must be active, registered Fun Miles cardholders.
• Participants must be citizens of Aruba.
• Your Fun Miles account contact details must be valid and up to date.
• You can only redeem prizes and vouchers on the island that issued them.
• To play, you must download the Fun Miles app.
• The system automatically adds plays to your account.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered Fun Miles cardholder.
• You cannot exchange prizes and vouchers for cash, other goods, or services.
• Kooyman or Fun Miles are not responsible for vouchers redeemed by duplicate cards.
• Vouchers have an expiration date, so be sure to use them before they expire.
• Report any errors via the Fun Miles WhatsApp number: +297 290 9947.

Game Rules & Regulations

• Campaign valid from June 1 to June 29, 2025.
• If you participated in Scratch & Win online, we automatically enter you for a chance to win the Main Prizes.
• Kooyman and its celebration partners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from the campaign or prizes.
• The raffles for the main prizes will be conducted via the Fun Miles app.
• The main prize winners will be contacted on June 30, 2025 and must be available on July 1 to claim the prize, with a valid ID and their Fun Miles app/card.

General Conditions:

By participating in the campaign, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Kooyman reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the campaign at any time without prior notice. Kooyman is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or incomplete entries, or other factors that may impact participation in the campaign.

Participants waive any claims against Kooyman arising from their participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar item of equal value at Kooyman’s discretion.

The laws of Aruba govern this campaign, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Aruba.

 

Acceptance and Publicity Consent.

By accepting a prize in the 60 Years of Kooyman Aruba - Scratch & Win campaign, winners grant Kooyman and Fun Miles the right to use their name, photograph, video, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. A photograph is required to claim the prize.

60-Second Shopping Spree: winner

• Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older.
• The winner must be available on July 1, 2025, between 11:00am and 1:00pm for the 60-second shopping spree at the Kooyman Aruba store.
• Conditions: The winner must agree to and sign the conditions for the 60-second shopping spree before participating. Participation is not possible without agreeing to these conditions.

60-Second Shopping Spree: conditions

• Only 1 cart is allowed during the spree.
• Designated Shopping Area: The winner will be restricted to a specific area of the store, which will be specified beforehand.
• Excluded Orders: Custom or special orders are not included in the event.
• Excluded Items: Some items may be excluded from this event.
• Duration: The shopping spree will last exactly 60 seconds, timed by a store official.
• Solo Shopping: The winner must shop alone, without any assistance from store staff or other individuals.
• Starting Point: Kooyman reserves the right to determine the starting point for the 60-second shopping spree.

Shopping Cart Rules:

• All items must fit in one shopping cart.
• Items can extend beyond the cart’s edges but must fit within the cart's base.
• Items must be in their original packaging and cannot be folded or altered to fit in the cart.
• Labels or tags will not be accepted in place of actual products.
• Timing and Signals: The winner will start on our signal and will stop when the 60 seconds are over.
• Payment for Items: Kooyman will cover the cost of all items in the shopping cart after 60 seconds shopping.
• Non-Transferable Prize: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. It is not possible to return any item acquired during the 60-second shopping spree.
• Promotional Use: By participating, the winner agrees to allow their name, photo, and or video, and likeness to be used for promotional purposes.
• Event Changes: The store reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time without prior notice.

1. Download the Fun Miles app and make sure your card is registered.
2. Spend AWG 60 or more at Kooyman Aruba between June 1 and June 29, 2025.
3. Scan your Fun Miles app at checkout.
4. Earn automatic plays in your Fun Miles app with every qualifying purchase. (maximum of 10 plays per transaction).
5. Open the Fun Miles app and click on the 60 Years of Kooyman Aruba Scratch Game banner to start playing.
6. Scratch one of the four boxes for a chance to win amazing prizes!
7. Your first scratch also earns you automatic entry into the Main Prizes raffle.

Claiming Your Prize:

If you win, a voucher will appear in your Fun Miles app with instructions on how to claim your prize.
