Terms and Conditions “Kooyman Colors of the Caribbean Competition”
The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this photo competition.
- Participants may submit only photographs they have taken themselves.
- Photograph entries must be submitted via the Colors of the Caribbean Competition online form on the Kooyman website www.Kooymanbv.com/colorsofthecaribbean/competition
- Submissions must be accompanied by the following information: full name, contact number and email as well as a description of color swatch and number and why you choose that specific color. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure all requested submission information is included.
- All photos must be submitted in digital format.
- There is a maximum of one photo per participant.
- Images generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) are not eligible for entry.
- If Kooyman B.V. believes that a selected winner has failed to follow any part of these Terms and Conditions, they reserve the right to choose an alternative winner.
- Kooyman B.V. accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, unusable, unreadable, misdirected or not received for any reason.
- The prize awarded to the winning entries is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No alternative will be offered.
- All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM, 09 November 2023 (CEST).
- Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation in this competition.
