Terms and Conditions “Christmas Tree Decoration”
The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this contest.

Participants may submit only photographs of their own decorations. Plagiarism or submitting someone else's work is not allowed.

All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM, 30 October 2023 (CEST).

The Decorating Day is scheduled for November 4th at 1:15 PM at Kooyman. Contestants are required to arrive promptly at the designated time.

Participants are not allowed to bring their own decoration items for the contest. All decorations must be selected from the items available in the assigned theme.

A budget amount will be given to participants on the contest day, and they will have 30 minutes to collect the necessary items for decorating their Christmas tree.

After collecting items, participants must go to the Service Desk to ask for a quote of all the items collected. All items will be reviewed with the quote at the contest table before the decorating process begins.

All trees will remain at Kooyman for display after the contest.

Kooyman reserves the right to use the information obtained for promotional purposes.

Pictures of the decorated trees will be published on Facebook for public voting from November 6th to November 16th. The tree with the most votes will be declared the winner.

The winners will be announced on November 17, 2023. The winner will be contacted and announced on our Facebook page "Kooyman Aruba.

The prizes awarded to the winner and participants are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No alternative prizes will be offered.

Kooyman does not issue warrantees on the issued prizes.

All employees of Kooyman B.V. and Fun Miles Antilles N.V. are excluded from participation in this contest.

Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation in this contest.
