Shipping & Delivery

When you order online, your orders will be handled by our staff during store opening hours. 

Our aim is to have your order ready as fast as possible. 

During the picking process of your order you will be contacted by phone or through e-mail.

The contact call serves so we can confirm your final order and it also allows you to make changes if necessary.  

For Pick-up in store: 

We aim to have your pickup order ready within three hours after your order was recieved and 

we always send an email when your order is ready for pick up in our store or drive thru. 

For Delivery:

When we contact you during the picking process of your order, we will agree on the delivery time. This depends on the size of your order.  

 
Please note, for orders containing only small/light items with a value below ANG 75.00 a delivery fee of ANG 15.00 applies, OB included.   Small/light orders with a value above ANG 75.00 are delivered free of charge.  

Large/heavy orders (such as building materials) will have a delivery fee of ANG 68.90, OB included.
