Terms and Conditions “Win Big With Kooyman Paint 2024” 

The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this raffle. 

 

  1. For any purchase of Barbados $100 on Kooyman Paint products, you will be eligible to enter and have a chance to WIN one of three prizes: 

    1. 1st – BBD $2,500 Kooyman Paint Voucher

    2. 2nd – Win back your Kooyman Paint purchase up to BBD $1,000.

    3. 3rd – BBD $500 Kooyman voucher

  2. This promotion is valid from September 26th up to and including November 30th, 2024, at 11:00 pm.
  3. Customers will receive one entry form for every BBD $100 spent on Kooyman Paint products (per receipt).
  4. Raffle entries should be dropped in the official entry box at Kooyman Barbados, Kendal Hill, Christ Church.
  5. Fill in your transaction (slip) number, indicated at the top of your receipt along with your contact details and drop the form(s) in the box. If your name and contact details are not listed and if your receipt does not specify the purchase of Barbados $100 In Kooyman Paint products, you will not be eligible for participation in the raffle.
  6. The raffle form must be filled out properly and correctly. Forgery or fraud excludes you from participation.
  7. Only with each valid payment receipt and correct listing of transaction number may you participate for a chance to win the prizes listed for the Win Big With Kooyman Paint Raffle.
  8. The draw of the winning transaction/payment receipt will be done instore.
  9. The draws will be held on December 1st, 2024 and the winners will be contacted by email with instructions to collect their prize. The winner will be announced on Kooyman social media channels as of December 7th, 2024.
  10. Entrants must retain their receipt to collect prizes.
  11. There will be no correspondence regarding the results.
  12. The prizes will be saved until December 31st, 2024. Afterwards the rights to claim the prizes will expire.
  13. When collecting the prize, you must bring valid photo ID. Incomplete entries and incorrect listings of transaction number are excluded from the raffle.
  14. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
  15. Kooyman reserves the right to use photo, film or any other information obtained for promotional purposes.
  16. All staff members of Kooyman Barbados and their immediate family are excluded from the raffle.
  17. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation to this raffle.
  18. These Terms and Conditions will be published on the website of Kooyman (kooyman.bb) and are available instore.
