Terms and Conditions “Kooyman End of Year Campaign 2024” 

The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this raffle. 

 

  1. For any purchase of Barbados $100 or more, online or in-store, swipe your Massy Card and be automatically entered for a chance to win one of three prizes: 

    1. 1st – BBD $5000 Kooyman Voucher

    2. 2nd – Samsung S24

    3. 3rd – Air Conditioner Unit (9000 BTU)

  2. This promotion is valid from December 1st, 2024 up to and including January 3rd, 2025, at 7:00 pm.
  3. Participating cardholders must update their account information on their card via Massy Card. Your information must be correct. Incomplete or illegible account information will exclude participants from the raffle.
  4. Interim prizes will be drawn weekly. These will include Massy Store vouchers and Digicel Samsung cellular phones.
  5. Customers are only eligible to win ONE weekly prize during the campaign.
  6. All prize draws will be done by an electronic random generator.
  7. The grand prize draw will be held on January 6th, 2025 and the winners will be contacted by email with instructions to collect their prize. The winner will be announced on Kooyman social media channels as of January 10th, 2025.
  8. There will be no correspondence regarding the results.
  9. The grand prizes will be saved until January 31st, 2025. Afterwards the rights to claim the prizes will expire.
  10. Weekly prizes will be saved until 5 days after contact with the winners. Afterwards the rights to claim the prizes will expire.
  11. Kooyman does not issue warranties on the issued prizes. 
  12. Kooyman cannot be held responsible and/or accountable for any faults or defects the issued prizes might have as it pertains to products purchased with a Massy Store Gift Voucher or Digicel Samsung cellular phones. 
  13. When collecting the prize, you must bring valid photo ID.
  14. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
  15. Kooyman reserves the right to use photo, film or any other information obtained for promotional purposes.
  16. Employees of Kooyman Barbados and their immediate family, sponsors and partners are NOT eligible to enter.
  17. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation to this raffle.
  18. These Terms and Conditions will be published on the website of Kooyman (kooyman.bb) and are available instore.
