Pickup Time

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup at our store or via Drive‑Thru.

We aim to have your online pickup order ready within three hours after it has been received.

During the picking process, you may be contacted by phone or email if additional information is required.

Delivery

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within two business days, depending on the order size.

During the picking process, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.

Delivery Fees

Please note that a delivery fee of $ 50.00 (tax included) applies to all delivery orders.

 

Delivery Terms and Conditions

• Deliveries take place between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
• The driver will deliver the materials to the address provided and only to the entrance of the property.
• Delivery is limited to the ground floor of the job site. Any arrangements made directly between the customer and the driver, Kooyman will not be responsible.
• If no one can be reached by phone or is available to sign for the delivery, the shipment will not be delivered. Any additional delivery attempt following an unsuccessful delivery will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
