That’s why we introduce the Kooyman PRO Service. A selection of handy in-store services combined with attractive special promotions and rebates made available only for PRO’s.

PRO’s sign up for FREE
Are you a general contractor or professional registered at the Chamber of Commerce? Then register for FREE at the PRO Desk at Kooyman Megastore Zeelandia or Jan Noorduynweg to enjoy our special advantages only for PRO’s! You can register up to 3 persons per company who will receive a personal PRO Card. Only with your PRO Card you can pay at the PRO Check Out.
The PRO Desk is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please bring your ID, your valid KVK-registration number and Fun Miles number.
The PRO Desk is your one point of contact. Our PRO Desk personnel is highly qualified to help you with any question or request that you have. The PRO Desk is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
PRO Check Out
Registered PRO’s can enjoy faster check out with their PRO Card at the PRO Check Out. This special cash register is open Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. You can recognize it by the sign above it.
Rebate program and special promotions only for PRO’s
Based on your yearly purchase amount at Kooyman (with a minimum of Naf. 30.000,-) we will issue an additional rebate of 3% over all the purchases that have not yet been subject to discounts or rebates. This will be calculated afterwards every year. As a registerd PRO you will also be kept up-to-date with the latest email promotions geared specially for PRO's. This way you are the first to know what we have on sale.
Priority order picking & delivery service
We offer you the option to submit your order so we have it ready when you visit our store. This is offered from Monday – Saturday according to the following schedule:
|Orders submitted before 8 AM||Order pick-up the same day between 12 PM – 6 PM|
|Orders submitted before 12 PM||Order pick-up the same day between 4 PM – 7 PM|
|Orders submitted before 2.30 PM||Order pick-up the same day between 6.30 PM and 7 PM|
|Orders submitted before 3 PM||Order pick-up next day between 7 AM and 12 PM|
We are happy to deliver your order at your construction site. Our delivery service is offered from Monday – Saturday according to the following schedule:
|Orders submitted before 3 PM||Same day delivery|
|Orders submitted after 3 PM||Next day delivery before 12 PM|
For purchases up to Nafl. 1000,- we charge Nafl. 37,50 for delivery. With a purchases worth more than Nafl. 1000,- we charge Nafl. 65,-.

In case you need extra purchasing power to expand your business we can offer you financing options. Please ask for the possibilities at the PRO Desk.
Online access to your PRO Account
To help you with your administration you will receive an I-Net account to be able to manage your account and statements any time anywhere.
PRO Service requirements
To enjoy the Kooyman PRO Service we have some requirements that are listed below.
- Any firm that is officially registered at the Chamber of Commerce can register for the Kooyman PRO Service.
- Only the owner and/or director of the firm can apply for the Kooyman PRO Service.
- The PRO must handover a valid photo ID, valid Chamber of Commerce registration number and Fun Miles number.
- If a PRO customer doesn’t have a Fun Miles account yet, Kooyman provides a Fun Miles account without charging the entry costs of Naf. 5,-.
- The PRO account holder must have an e-mail account.
- A registered PRO company gets issued a card which gives them access to in-store services, special promotions.
- A maximum of 3 cards per PRO company is allowed.
- Account holder provides the names for the additional PRO Card holders.
- The PRO Card is issued personally. Others cannot use the PRO Card.
- The PRO Card is property of Kooyman. A lost or stolen card must be reported at the PRO Desk in person or via mail or phone.
- The 3% rebate program of Kooyman requires a yearly purchase amount of Nafl. 30.000,-. The rebate is calculated after the end of each calendar year.
- The accountholder of the Kooyman PRO Service is responsible for notification of any account changes e.g. address, company name changes, authorised persons, etc.
