Delivery

When placing an online order, it will be processed by our staff during store opening hours.
Our goal is to have your order ready as quickly as possible.
During the picking process of your order, you will be contacted by phone or email.
This contact allows us to confirm your final order and gives you the opportunity to make any necessary changes.

Pick-up in store: 

We aim to have your pick-up order ready within three hours after your order has been received.
You will always receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up at our store or Drive-Thru.

 
Delivery:
Order today – delivered tomorrow!
During the picking process, when we contact you to confirm your order, we will also schedule the delivery time. The delivery time will depend on the size and nature of your order.

 
Delivery Fees:
When we contact you before packing your order, we will agree on the delivery time. This depends on the size of your order.  
Please note that the delivery date mentioned in our email confirmation is always the delivery date to the port. 
For all deliveries to an address in St Maarten or to port of call a delivery fee of $50.00 applies. 
We deliver on both the Dutch and French side of the island.
