Pickup Time
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup at our store or via Drive-Thru.
We aim to have your online pickup order ready within three hours after it has been received.
During the picking process, you may be contacted by phone or email if additional information is required.

Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the size of the order.
During the picking process, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.
The delivery date mentioned in your email confirmation refers to delivery to the port.
We deliver to both the Dutch and French sides of the island.

Delivery Fees
- A delivery fee of $ 50.00 (tax included) applies to all deliveries to an address in St. Maarten or to the port of Anguilla, Antigua, Tortola, Saba, Statia, Dominica, St. Barths, and St. Kitts/Nevis.
- Please note that additional costs of $ 30.00 may apply for delivery to the port of call.
- St. Kitts/Nevis: additional shipping agent fee of $ 25.00 applies for shipments by Addie K / ON Dock.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Deliveries take place between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
- Deliveries are curbside or at the property entrance only. Kooyman is not responsible for carrying items inside a property or for special placement.
- Special arrangements may be made directly with the driver and may be subject to additional charges.
- If no one is present to receive the merchandise and no signature is provided for unattended delivery, the items will be returned to the store, and the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
