Pickup Time

You will always receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup in our store or Drive-Thru.

We aim to have your online pickup order ready within three hours after it has been received.

During the picking process, you may be contacted by phone or email if additional information is required.

Delivery

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered on the same day or the next business day, depending on the size of the order.

During the picking process, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.

Delivery fees

Please note that for orders consisting of small or lightweight items a delivery fee of AWG 20.21 applies, tax included. 

For large or heavy orders (such as building materials), a delivery fee of AWG 65.00 applies, tax included.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

• Delivery will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
• Kooyman Transport will deliver up to 3 meters from the truck, and moving the goods onto the customer’s property is the customer’s responsibility. The gate must be wide enough for the truck to pass, and if there are rails, this is at the customer’s own risk. 
• Delivery inside a container or any other location must be reported in advance and may incur additional costs.
• Kooyman Transport will NOT deliver if the delivery location or route puts the workers, the goods, or the truck at risk in any way, or may cause damage to the truck or tires, or if the truck could get stuck in mud or unstable terrain.
• Kooyman Transport cannot evaluate complaints made later than one working day after delivery.
• Kooyman Transport is not responsible for unloading the goods if no one is present at the time of delivery.
