The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this raffle. 

1. This raffle is a temporary raffle to promote the Kooyman Drive Thru & WIN Raffle.

2. For every purchase with a value of 1800 guilders or $1000 or more, Kooyman Drive Thru customers will enter for a chance to win (1x) Makita Circular Saw, (1) Makita Combo Kit, (2) Kooyman Merchandise packages and (1) Fun Miles 2500 Bonus Points.

3. The raffle lasts from November 1st, 2023, up to and including November 30th, 2023. You can shop until 6:00pm on November 30th.

4. Participating shoppers, fill out the Kooyman raffle ticket. Your information must be correct. Incomplete or illegible tickets will exclude participants from the raffle.

5. With each purchase of 1800 guilders or $1000 or more, you will receive a raffle ticket to participate for a chance to win one of 5 prizes listed.

6. The winners will be drawn on December 1st, 2023. The winner will also be announced on our Facebook page and our website. 

7. Winners will be contacted by phone or email to collect their prizes.

8. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. 

9. Kooyman reserves the right to use the information obtained for promotional purposes.

10. All employees of Kooyman B.V. and Fun Miles Antilles N.V. are excluded from participation in this raffle.

11. Prizes must be collected by December 31st 2023. Winners must notify Kooyman if they are unable to collect before this date. If prizes are not collected before December 31st, Kooyman reserves the right to reclaim prizes.

12. Kooyman does not issue warrantees on the issued prizes.

13. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation to this raffle.
