The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this raffle. 

1. This raffle is a temporary raffle to promote Kooyman and to celebrate End of Year Raffle. The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this particular raffle.  
2. For every purchase with a value of 75 guilders or $40,- ,online or in-store, swipe your Fun Miles Card, Save miles and enter for a chance to win (2x) a Grocery Voucher(s) valued at $350 plus a bonus 2500 Fun Miles. Kooyman will also donate $350 to a local Foundation for each winner.
3. The raffle lasts from November 12th, 2023, up to and including December 20th, 2023. You can shop and swipe your Fun Miles card until 6:00pm on December 20th.
4. Participating cardholders must update their account information on their card via Funmiles.net. Your information must be correct. Incomplete or illegible account information will exclude participants from the raffle.
5. With each swipe of your Fun Miles Card, you participate for a chance to win one of the 2 available Grocery Vouchers issued from Fairway Market.
6. The winners will be drawn on December 21st, 2023. The winner will also be announced on our Facebook page and our website.  
7. There will be no correspondence regarding the results.
8. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.  
9. Kooyman reserves the right to use the information obtained for promotional purposes.
10. All employees of Kooyman B.V. and Fun Miles Antilles N.V. are excluded from participation in this raffle.
11. Kooyman cannot be held responsible and/or accountable for any faults or defects the issued prizes might have as it pertains to products purchased with Grocery Voucher.
12. Kooyman does not issue warrantees on the issued prizes.
13. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation to this raffle.
