Purchased Lasko, a pedestal fan
I purchased Lasko, a pedestal fan from Kooyman last month, and unfortunately, it was defective. Kooyman promptly offered me the choice of a refund or a replacement with the same model. Opting for the latter, the new fan is now working perfectly. However, I must admit I'm not entirely satisfied with the overall quality and the price I paid for it. Even at a distance of 2.5 meters, the airflow is not as strong as I had expected. While it serves its purpose adequately, I had higher hopes for its performance. Despite this, I appreciate Kooyman's excellent customer service and their willingness to rectify the issue promptly.
