XMvK is a light installation cable for single connections in low voltage installations up to 450 / 750V. XMvK cables can be used in damp rooms or outdoors, where the electrical cables are fixed but not in the ground. XMVK cables must not be mechanically loaded and must not be laid in cable ducts together with other cables. They are not fire safe enough for this. Never place a XMvK cable in the ground, even in a pipe, but use a YMvKas cable for it.
