Return Policy

• Online purchases can be returned at our store within 30 days with a valid invoice. Returns cannot be accepted without an invoice.
• For returned item(s) with a value of up to BBD $ 200.00, you will receive a voucher, which can be used for in‑store purchases or exchanged for cash.
• If you paid online with VISA or Mastercard and the returned amount exceeds BBD $ 200.00, Kooyman will issue a refund to your credit card within 7 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or failures caused by the bank or payment provider during the refund process.
