Pickup Time

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup at our store or via Drive‑Thru.

We aim to have your online pickup order ready within three hours after it has been received.

During the picking process, you may be contacted by phone or email if additional information is required.

Delivery 

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the size of the order.

During the picking process, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.

Delivery fees

Please note that a delivery fee of BBD $ 30.00 (tax included) applies.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

• Deliveries take place between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
•  An adult must be present to accept, receive, and sign for the delivery upon arrival. If no one is present to receive the products, a new delivery appointment will be scheduled and additional charges may apply.
• The job site or delivery area must be accessible to complete the delivery. If access is limited, transporters may be restricted to roadside delivery.
• Neither Kooyman nor the transporters will be held responsible for any damage resulting from special requests made by the customer.
• Delivery is limited to the ground floor only and within a maximum distance of 3 meters from the delivery truck. Transporting goods to upper floors is the responsibility of the customer.
