Product is not for high traffic area , gets dirty ( color does not cover)and flakes really fast, anti slip feature is ok.

Perfect filling anti-slip coating
Perfect and conveniently workable anti-slip coating in beautiful colors. Quick dry and beautiful results.
We used the color desert sand and get to hear how nice and fancy it looks.
Recommend it to everyone...not only to make smooth surfaces anti-slip but also to soak away unevenness because it fills in very nicely and evenly.

Best antislip paint for tropical porch and patio
Easy to apply. Best results with 2 layers counter direction. Years ago best solution to cover old fashion colorful tiles and recently over bare concrete patio. Also great for stairs. Rough and super safe and still easy to sweep with a broom.
