The grinder boasts a ceramic burr grinding mechanism with sharp, durable blades for a more uniform grind without imparting a metallic odor or taste to your beans. The grind size is easily adjusted with a nut under the grinding mechanism allowing you to set the grind size from coarse to fine to best fit your brewing method.
