Description

This ST-1000 Step-down and Step-up Voltage Converter (also described as a step down or step up voltage transformer) converts a range of input from 110 to 240 Volt to an output of 110 Volt and 220 Volt. The output is pure AC and the voltage converter can be used with all appliances rated 0 - 1000W. This voltage converter will take US two pin and three pin plugs, as well as European grounded plug. OK for use with everything with a rating of 1000 Watts or below (although in practice it is a good idea to allow some margin for error). This would include just about everything from computers, TVs and Hi-fis to most heavy duty industrial equipment (check rating to be sure). This is a heavy duty desktop voltage converter.

    Two ways, I love it!
    As a contractor I do my work at several places: only 110v or only 220v available. With this transformer I can resolve any missing voltage. The only bad things are the poor strain relief on the backside (I had to repair it by myself) and the missing adapter for 220v.
