Easter Coloring Contest Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to "Easter Coloring Contest".

Participation Guidelines: 

• The competition period is from March 22 to April 5, 2024.
• Children aged 4 to 12 are eligible to participate in the coloring competition.
• Participation in the coloring competition is free of charge.
• You can obtain coloring pages at the cashiers or service desk of any Kooyman store, or simply download it below.  
• Each child may submit a maximum of one (1) coloring page at the Service desk of any Kooyman store by April 5, 2024.
• Submission of coloring pages implies acceptance of the competition's general terms and conditions by the parents or legal representative.  
• All administrative information must be completed by the parents or legal representative.
• The information provided will be used solely for communication regarding the coloring competition.
• Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in exclusion from participation.
• Children of Kooyman staff and employees are ineligible for participation. 

Privacy Policy: 

• By participating, you grant Kooyman permission to use photos of the colored-in page and associated campaign photos for publication, without compensation.
• Details entered on the coloring page will be concealed or folded.
• Personal data collected during the competition will not be shared with third parties.

• One prize will be awarded to the winners in each age category.  
• Winners will be selected by a jury from Kooyman and will be announced on Facebook and contacted by phone within three (3) business days after the competition's closing date.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Prizes will be held for 14 days after which another winner will be chosen. 
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing prize delivery, Kooyman reserves the right to replace the prize with a comparable one and will notify the winner(s) accordingly.
