Shipping & Delivery


When placing an online order, it will be processed by our staff during store opening hours.

Our goal is to have your order ready as quickly as possible.

During the picking process of your order, you will be contacted by phone or email.

This contact allows us to confirm your final order and gives you the opportunity to make any necessary changes.

 
Pick-up in store: 
We aim to have your pick-up order ready within three hours after your order has been received.

You will always receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick-up at our store or Drive-Thru.

 
Delivery:
Order before 14:00 today – delivered tomorrow!

If all products in your order are in stock at Kooyman Jan Noorduyn and the order is placed before 14:00, we will ensure that your order is delivered the next business day.

If your order includes products located at multiple store locations, we will collect all items and deliver your complete order in one shipment within two business days.

During the picking process, when we contact you to confirm your order, we will also schedule the delivery time. The delivery time will depend on the size and nature of your order.

 
Delivery Fees:
Please note that for orders containing only small or lightweight items with a value below Cg 75.00, a delivery fee of Cg 15.00 (including OB) will apply.

Orders consisting of small or lightweight items with a value above Cg 75.00 will be delivered free of charge.

For large or heavy orders (such as building materials), a delivery fee of Cg 68.90 (including OB) will apply.
