I came in with the lamp/spot that was broken, to renew it. As I am a non-technical widow over 70, I asked for help when I was confused with the choice of possible spots and the boy gave me what I thought I needed. When I came home and tried to ibstall it, it didn't work and I had to go back to the store for a lamp with the right voltage. This time a lady helped me and advised a multi voltage lamp that worked when I installed it. It was a lot of work and travel and climbing ladders that could easily have been evaded by a little more attention of your personnel.
Also the lack of interest in your customers by the people working in the return and the payments department could be just a tad more friendly and interested.
