BEWARE! Costly and wrong information from bathroom sales staff!!!
Despite us asking over 3 times if everything on display was included in the price and was assured it was, it was extremely frustrating and very costly to find pieces missing in the delivery. To add insult to injury, the rude customer service received afterwards and zero acceptance of any fault by Kooyman, left us with no option but have to pay more for the parts that were missing.
I wouldn’t shop here again!!!!
